From design to delivery — how we solve production problems for our clients.
HYDROGEN · NIRClean-energy sector client
Problem
The customer needed a repeatable slurry coating process for thin metal sheets used in hydrogen boilers, with a precise thermal profile and minimized distortion or uneven drying, based on initial production trials.
Solution
We designed and built a NIR (Near Infrared) station with a high-power IR lamp array, PLC-controlled thermal profile and automated sheet loading/unloading.
Result
Up to approximately 40% cycle time reduction, based on initial production measurements, with stable coating quality during repeatable prototype production.

Manufacturer of household electrical appliances
Problem
Manual assembly of kitchen range hoods suffered from low repeatability, slow manual screw fastening and increased scrap at quality control.
Solution
We developed a robotic station with a FANUC robot and 2D vision for automatic recognition and precise placement of parts, combined with a Weber automatic screw feeding system, PLC control and HMI monitoring.
Result
Up to approximately 45% cycle time reduction, based on initial production measurements, with significant reduction of positioning and screwdriving errors during the initial production period.


Pharmaceutical manufacturer / clean-room production
Problem
Existing filling machine out of service, with an obsolete control panel, no dose repeatability and lacking the documentation needed for the customer's clean-room qualification process.
Solution
Full retrofit: stainless-steel chassis rebuild, new Festo pneumatics, new PLC + HMI with per-product recipes, upgraded filling mechanism and clean-room installation validation.
Result
Machine restored to full production, consistent dosing accuracy, installation documentation suitable for the customer's clean-room qualification process, and full batch traceability.

Pharma / packaging manufacturer, clean-room production
Problem
Legacy blister machine with worn chassis, obsolete control panel and non-repeatable cycle, without the documentation needed for the customer's clean-room qualification process and without batch traceability.
Solution
Full retrofit: mechanical rebuild & repaint of the chassis, new Festo pneumatics, new electrical panel, new PLC + HMI with per-product recipes, quality sensors and clean-room installation validation.
Result
Restored to full production, stable blister throughput, installation documentation suitable for the customer's clean-room qualification process, and full batch traceability through the HMI.
