Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect information such as name, email, company, sector, project type, timeline, current state, productivity, indicative budget and information you provide for the technical evaluation of the project.
In addition, limited technical data (e.g. IP address, user agent) may be collected solely for the security and proper operation of the website.

Legal basis
Data submitted via the contact form is processed in order to respond to a request for technical evaluation, quote or cooperation. The legal basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract and/or the legitimate interest of the company to respond to professional inquiries. Technical security data of the website is processed based on legitimate interest for the protection of the website and information systems.
Data retention
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to fulfill the request and then for up to 12 months, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
Cookies
The website does not use analytics services, advertising cookies or user tracking technologies. Any technical cookies or equivalent technical storage are used solely for the basic operation, security and correct display of the website.
Subprocessors and hosting
The website is hosted on a cloud platform (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) for secure storage and content delivery. Email service providers are used to send messages.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise your rights, email enotech@enotech-automation.gr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the applicable legislation.

We use HTTPS, restricted access and up-to-date security practices. No security measure is fully foolproof; we advise you not to send sensitive data via the form.
