PLC, HMI & SCADA

We design and program PLC/HMI control systems for special machines, robotic cells and production lines. We work with Siemens (S7/TIA Portal), Mitsubishi and Schneider, and add a SCADA layer where central monitoring and historical data are required. Our work starts from a clean architecture: structured code in function blocks, clear alarm messaging, ergonomic HMIs with defined user roles, and documentation that lets the customer's maintenance team manage the system long-term. We also deliver MES/ERP connectivity, OPC UA servers and database integration for traceability and KPI dashboards.

The problem we solve

Systems with unstructured code, unclear alarms, HMIs that don't help the operator, no historical data and no integration with the rest of the plant. At plant level this means lost production visibility and longer mean time to repair.

Typical applications

  • Control of special machines and robotic cells
  • Full-line SCADA
  • Recipe management and electronic batch records
  • Alarm management per ISA 18.2
  • Data historian and KPI dashboards

ENOTECH's scope

  • Functional specification and architecture
  • Structured PLC programming
  • HMI design with user roles and alarming
  • SCADA, OPC UA, SQL, MQTT integration
  • FAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation
  • Per-project SLA support

FAQ

Do you work on existing PLC projects?+

Yes — maintenance, extensions and code restructuring on legacy projects.

Do you deliver source code?+

Yes — the customer receives full source code and documentation.

Do you support OPC UA / MQTT?+

Yes. We design OPC UA information models and MQTT topics for clean MES/IoT integration.

What about cybersecurity?+

OT/IT network segmentation, VLANs, HMI/SCADA user roles and secure remote access.

Do you train technicians?+

Yes — operator and maintenance training based on the actual system.
