Machine Vision, Traceability & Quality Control
We design and integrate machine vision systems for inline quality control, feature recognition and product traceability. From optics engineering (camera, lens, lighting), feasibility tests on actual samples, through to PLC and line integration. In parallel we implement unit- or batch-level traceability with barcode, datamatrix, RFID, OCR/OCV and MES/database connectivity. The result is consistent quality control, fewer false rejects and full product history — essential in food, pharma and cosmetics where regulatory requirements are strict.
