Special Purpose Production Machines

ENOTECH designs and builds special purpose machines tailored to the customer's production line. We handle the project end-to-end: throughput requirements and technical specifications, mechanical design, frame manufacturing, component selection, PLC/HMI programming, in-house FAT testing and on-site SAT. Our goal is machines with stable performance, low maintenance cost, clear documentation and the ability to integrate into an existing line or MES/SCADA system. Each machine is treated as an industrial product with a lifecycle — not a one-off build — resulting in predictable production behavior and a clear support path through a per-project SLA.

The problem we solve

When no off-the-shelf machine fits a specific production step — due to product geometry, cycle time, accuracy or traceability requirements — a special purpose machine designed around the actual line is the right answer. We also address manual operations that cause bottlenecks, quality defects or ergonomic and safety issues.

Typical applications

  • Component assembly stations with positional accuracy
  • Dosing, filling and sealing machines
  • Inline vision inspection and reject stations
  • Welding, pressing and thermal processing machines
  • Press and CNC load/unload systems

ENOTECH's scope

  • URS capture and technical solution design
  • 3D mechanical engineering, layout and cycle analysis
  • Electrical design, control panel build and wiring
  • PLC/HMI programming, servo tuning and safety
  • FAT in-house, SAT on-site, commissioning and training
  • Technical support under a per-project SLA

FAQ

How long does a special machine take to deliver?+

Typically 4–9 months depending on complexity, with interim design reviews and FAT before shipment.

Do you provide documentation and spare parts?+

Yes — electrical drawings, BOM, operator manual and recommended spares are included.

Can the machine connect to MES/ERP?+

Yes. We support OPC UA, MQTT, REST and SQL connectors for traceability and KPI reporting.

Do you handle CE marking?+

We support the CE compliance process with risk assessment, technical documentation, safety design and FAT/SAT, in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and project requirements.

What does the support SLA include?+

Response times, remote diagnostics, on-site interventions and spare parts management — scaled to line criticality.
