Robotic Production Cells

We engineer and deliver robotic cells for repetitive or demanding industrial processes. From robot selection (FANUC, KUKA) and reach/payload analysis, to end-of-arm tooling, peripheral mechanics (tables, conveyors, fixtures), electrical build, motion programming and integration with PLC and vision. Every application is designed around cycle-time targets, operator safety (Performance Level per EN ISO 13849) and maintainability. Deliverables include FAT, SAT, documentation and a per-project support SLA — so the cell becomes a functional part of the line, not a standalone experiment.

The problem we solve

High-rate manual operations, heavy or hazardous handling, inconsistent quality and dependency on staff availability. A properly engineered robotic cell delivers stable cycle time, reduces defects and improves safety.

Typical applications

  • Press feeding and CNC tending
  • Pick & place, kitting and assembly
  • Welding, dispensing, gluing
  • Machine tending and load/unload
  • Robot + vision for bin picking

ENOTECH's scope

  • Feasibility study, cycle time and ROI analysis
  • Cell layout, safety and peripherals design
  • End-of-arm tooling design and build
  • Robot (FANUC, KUKA) and PLC programming
  • Risk assessment, safety design and CE conformity process support
  • FAT, SAT, commissioning and SLA support

FAQ

How do you select the right robot?+

Based on payload, reach, speed, repeatability and the available spare-parts support in the local market.

Do you handle operator safety?+

Yes. We design safety circuits, fencing, light curtains and perform risk assessment per EN ISO 10218 / TS 15066.

Can the cell integrate into an existing line?+

Yes — it connects to conveyors, MES, ERP and existing PLCs via industrial protocols.

Does the customer need specialized staff?+

We train operators and technicians. The HMI is designed for daily use by line operators.

What does post-delivery support include?+

Remote diagnostics, on-site interventions, software updates and spare parts — under a per-project SLA.
