Robotic Palletizing

We deliver complete robotic palletizing solutions for end-of-line packaging. The scope covers pallet pattern engineering for the product, case and pallet type, robot selection, and custom end-of-arm tooling (vacuum, mechanical, hybrid). We design the supporting mechanics — case infeed, pallet dispenser, slip-sheet handling, conveyor and stretch wrapper integration. The cell is completed with safety per EN ISO 10218, an HMI for recipe management, MES/ERP integration for pallet traceability, FAT/SAT and per-project SLA technical support.

The problem we solve

Manual palletizing is one of the most demanding tasks on a packaging line: repetitive, heavy, with high injury risk and hard to staff in shifts. It is also a frequent bottleneck as production speed increases.

Typical applications

  • FMCG case palletizing
  • Sack palletizing (raw materials, feed)
  • Food and beverage case palletizing
  • Mixed-SKU pallets with pattern recipes
  • Depalletizing at line infeed

ENOTECH's scope

  • Pattern engineering and throughput analysis
  • Robot selection and EOAT design (vacuum/mechanical)
  • Peripheral mechanics and conveyor integration
  • PLC, HMI, pallet recipe management
  • Safety, risk assessment and CE conformity process support
  • FAT, SAT, commissioning, SLA support

FAQ

What is a typical cycle time?+

Between 4 and 12 pallets/hour per cell, depending on product, EOAT and pattern.

Can we change product without mechanical work?+

With well-designed EOAT and HMI recipes, product changeovers require no tooling or minimal intervention.

Do you support mixed-SKU pallets?+

Yes, with a pattern generator and WMS/MES connectivity when required.

Is operator safety covered?+

Yes — safety scanners, fencing and interlocks per EN ISO 10218.

What about maintenance and spare parts?+

Preventive maintenance plan and spare parts management are part of the SLA.
